Eggplant Pakora ( Vankaya Bajji)

Ingredients:
Besan - 3 cups
Eggplant - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Slice eggplant into thin circles.
- In a bowl add basin, cumin seeds, chili powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Add water to make a thick batter.
- Dip each slice of eggplant in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
